blurring of lines between production and IT and there's currently a big push in
IT departments to add 'visible value'. My first priority is to review

what's out there and what opportunities are available for SolutionsPT to add
value."

delighted to have Mike. His previous experience will add a

Martin will focus on developing SolutionsPT's presence in
SMART cities, airports, buildings and infrastructure projects. He will also be
developing its Machine-to-Machine (M2M) SMART service. Phil Gillard said:. "We are delighted to welcome Martin
to the team. He has held a number of top-level positions with some of the major
players in this industry, and we're excited to see how he will develop our
SMART activities and provide added value for our customers in this
area".

Martin has previously held
director-level positions with companies including EA Technology, Invensys
Operations Management and DeepStream Technologies. Over the last 20 years, he

industrial, commercial, marine, and utility markets in Europe, North America
