Last week SolutionsPT decided to celebrate all things autumnal with a traditional British children's game of "conkers". Played using the seeds from the horse chestnut tree - the game is played by two players, each with a conker threaded onto a piece of string with them taking turns striking each other's conker until one breaks.
About 12 employees took part, with the entry fee being donated to our Around the World Charity, The Seashell Trust. With the cold wins prevailing and everyone anxious to get back inside, the overall winner after four rounds was Rebecca Normanshire, one of our Wonderware Account Managers. It seems her secret was using the same conker from the first round! (all chosen at random). Well done Rebecca!
